S/T by N.A.T.N. (Nico and the Nights)

On December 7th 1969 after hearing about the stabbing at Altamont, Nico Noctis went surfing in the Venice breakwater to try to get away from it all. A New York buddy of his had just turned him onto the Stooges and he was screaming “NO FUN!” when a giant wave took him away. In 2015, after 46 years of perpetual drowning, the marine gods of Rock N Roll took mercy on him and decided to send him back to Los Angeles on the condition that he form a band and devote his life to them. Shortly thereafter, Nico met the mysterious Tomorrow Night, lord of Abbot Kinney, who magically emerged out of a thick haze of ganja smoke. After partaking in the sacred rituals of kush and distortion, Nico and the Nights were born. Written and recorded over the course of the past two years, the band's debut album documents the group's struggles with shifting economic and political orders, mental and physical illness, and above all their unflinching belief in the redemptive power of Rock N Roll.
