nine by NADAYANA
This is my debut album. It took nearly one month to record it with the energy that I was looking to capture. At the time when it was finished it felt complete - thus “Nine” was born: an intimate journey of the soul on the steps of unique instruments that have never meet before in this form - Handpan and Tuned Thai Gong. A world premiere. The uniqueness of this acoustic cocktail is the reinforcement of the etheric, angelic sounds of Handpan with organic Gong bass that brings depth and harmony. Its like joining the earth and the heaven, the ancient and the contemporary, the obvious and the subtle into a wider palette of healing soundscapes.
The cover picture was taken on the nine shape steps of the building where I did the audio recording - therefore, it is meaningful in many ways ...
