I want this song to be a reminder to have mercy. Not only to others, but to yourself as well. Sometimes we have the option to break ourselves and others down. Sometimes those options feel like the proper moves. It's hard sometimes to allow yourself and others the mercy you/they deserve. Compassion is always the answer. Forgiveness can be the absolute hardest thing sometimes, but compassion will always find a way.
