I have reached the 32nd release mark and what would be more poetic than to release a live album from two shows from two weekends in a row.

In these shows I am playing my self-built instrument, 'Vempele', which is a board full of resonating and moving objects which I capture into audible form via a contact microphone that I send through a Morphagene digital reel module. Alongside this signal I also play a DPO complex oscillator on top which I control with a ribbon controller. These signals get summed and sent through various effects and other software digital reels and granulators.

Mother Joonas is actively looking for shows to play, be it live evenings, art shows, installations, events, parties with a taste for the experimental, anything really, let's do!
