Coastal Tones by Montane District

Through the combination of analog and electronic instruments in the studio the aim was to capture 2 deep, flowing soundscapes reflective of the dark, calm, misty moods, textures, colours and spirit of the southern westcoast of Canada where the 2 members of Montane District reside.

While these compositions are soft and ambient in nature they can also be listened to at louder volumes to experience an added dimension of sonic energy and detail.
