Me’ayin yavo ezri
(from whence cometh my help)
Ezri me’im Adonai ose shamayim va’aretz
(My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth)

Al yiten lamot ragleicha
(He will not suffer thy foot to be moved)
Al yanum shomrecha
(he that keepeth thee will not slumber)
Hine lo yanum velo yishan shomer Yisrael
(Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep)
Adonai shomrecha, Adonai tzilcha
(The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade)
Adonai tzilcha al yad yeminecha
(the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand)
