One of the most active musicians on Porto’s jazz scene. He has recorded and released several albums in recent years under his own name (in quartet, trio and solo), with the collective MAZAM, as sideman with Carlos Azevedo, Pedro Neves, Luís Ribeiro, MAP, Ensemble Super Moderne, among others.
He holds a degree in DoubleBass/Jazz (ESMAE) and a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics (UP).
