the birds cry out
as the sun comes out
singing with the clouds
over the mountains

i ran into the forest
but the forest was dead
a luminous fall
and off popped my head

I've been frozen to the bone
six feet under is my new home

the little kids are
running through the fields
hiding in the woods
speaking in tongues

killer worms
are just beneath
a peaceful sunset
for peaceful sleep

you'll know who you can trust when
your life is coming to an end
you'll know who to put your faith in
when you can no longer breathe in...

i want to get out of here
i don't want to die
i just want to fly with you
i want to know god
with out religious fear
i want to get out of here
