Matron is a New Orleans-based art rock band. The members create collectively, drawing on influences from math rock and alt pop to electronica and post-punk. Matron has shared stages with many of their favourite artists — including Speedy Ortiz, Tera Melos, Pile, Spirit of the Beehive, Guerilla Toss, People Museum, and Julie Odell. ‘SUNKEN STATE’ will release April 4 2025 on Strange Daisy Records.
