Macrospective II by Finn Johannsen & Stefan Goldmann

Macrospective I compared for the first time how two DJs approach constructing individual sets from the same tracklist, thus introducing comparative analysis to the art of the mix. It also revisited the first 20+ pretty awesome releases of Macro.

Macrospective II takes a similar look into the next 25 catalogue numbers (we've reached 50 this year), but this time both label heads expose the process of selection, as each choses 20 tracks from the same pool of music and puts them together as he pleases. Testifying to the pronounced individuality of Finn Johannsen and Stefan Goldmann, the mixes couldn’t be more different.
