Live 03.25.11 by Lunch With Beardo

This is the first release from lunch with beardo in almost 10 years. We recently rediscovered several live recordings and practice tapes. This live ep will be the first in a series of live albums to come. Through out the bands existence we recorded only 2.5 studio albums but we played a lot of shows over our existence. Playing live and improvising was what Beardo did most and best (but of course, there were off days).

I found this recording a few months ago on an old hard drive. Live 03.25.11 was recorded in West Philly at an unknown venue (none of us can remember where). It was the release show for our third album Slow Circles (Still available on cassette while supplies last), Northern Valentine played the show along with a one off performance by Jeff and Ben Fleury-Steiner. This was towards the end of our time as a live band, we never broke up but shortly after this was recorded most of the band moved to different cities and we stopped playing live.

It is one of our favorite live performances that was recorded and luckily it is probably the best sound quality of any of our recorded shows. We hope you enjoy it as well.
