Do you know, how it feels to love the pain?
Nothing will ever be, ever be the same
How do you feel, if you lose a good old friend
Someone who is always there, giving you a hand

But this is life, you have to deal with what you get 
Sometimes good things will turn really bad
So do you know what I mean with loving pain
Cause bad things are an offen for us to don’t act the same

And I feel sorry for many things that I missed
And of course I still have many things to do on my list
But I think im always trying to stay the same
people will hate, some will love me - life will always bring pain

And people will criticize, that I write sad songs
I try to overwrite, to reset - that makes me strong
That doesn’t mean i'm not a happy guy
But a life without any pain, don’t wanna live with that lie
