Hawa by Lehto

Norway-based and punk influenced artist Tater Andersson has this ability to turn any song into a club-ready DJ tool with his distinctive lo-fi trash sound. He brings Hawa into a completely new sonic landscape with this wonderful club remix.

While the original is already a catchy mover, Andersson breaks it down to the essentials and reconstructs Hawa into an exhilarating dancefloor experience. A straight beat coupled with a growling but catchy synth bass is all he needs to bring Hawa to the floor. Andersson's passion for analog gear led him to program this remix exclusively using an MPC One sequencer as his weapon of choice. With his trademark lo-fi drum sound and synths he puts Hawa through his own prism of modern electronic music.

Hawa already received support from Tom Ravenscroft and Deb Grant on BBC6 Music.
