he’s polite to the wardens.
He seems unimportant, they leave him to call
On a force they don’t feel
On a force that is higher.
While he’s digging right down the depths of his soul.
Of a hole that will stretch and will lead him to freedom.
He’ll ride with the moles
and he will not forget….

That there’s joy on the surface.
There’s life on the Moon.
And The Sun’s there to worship.
He’ll get back to you…..
