Passover Tape by Armpit
One of my (Antony Milton) most treasured possessions is the C90 Armpit tape that Clayton Noone made me when we first started corresponding. It is so wayward and 'lost' that Side A in particular remains one of my favourite 'ambient' records with extended sections of not much at all going on in, as the accompanying letter described, 'drunk/drug bedrooms with the TV on the whole time'.
Side A:
Trks 1-4 dunedin Sept 2001 recordings, field recordings
Trk 5 eastern upper hutt 1997 bonus trk with 'cam fuego' on drums and 'gfrenzy' on bass and vocs.
Side B:
'1993-2000 outtakes from what became the 'birth i squat' cdr on c-psi-p.'
Original edition of 1 in hand drawn cover 'released' on root don lonie for ca$h
