IMPERFECTO by La Barra
IMPERFECTO is the first album by Orquesta Típica La Barra, a tango orchestra from The Netherlands that focuses on recreating Osvaldo Pugliese recordings and exploring his influence on 21st century tango.
The five tangos on this EP are originals, composed by bandoneon player Gerard van Duinen during his stay in Buenos Aires in 2023. They were inspired by the streets in the city and reflect the continuing influence of Pugliese on a new generation of tango musicians.
