5. Tenda (Give thanks) was composed and also taught to us by Paul Mataruse. Tinotenda (We thank you) for all the great music, Paul! We sing some sweet words provided by Musekiwa: “Shamwari yangu, ndinokudai shamwari,” (My friend, I love you). Followed by a message from Ong Kar.
Kudana has been entertaining crowds throughout the Pacific Northwest with Marimba music for over thirty-five years. Kudana means to love one another translated from the Shona language of Zimbabwe. Our performances are filled with energy, and we encourage audiences to participate with joyful movement and dance.
All members are eternally included in our love that we share through our performances.
