This is a collage of acoustic and electromagnetic field recordings made in Toulon and Nice in July 2016 and July 2022 on our family holidays.
Scene 1 : Acoustic and electromagnetic field recordings made on the tram in Nice on the way to or from Aïcha, Casper and Arnaud`s place and in the MAMAC, Nice.
Scene 2 : One of many beautiful evenings in Toulon in 2016 with added synthesizer. Field recordings made at Port Saint-Louis du Mourillon and on the roof of Jean-Luc`s place on Boulevard Eugène Pelletan.
Scene 3 : A straight recording of Plage de la Mitre one afternoon in Toulon in 2016, shortly after the Mistral and with added synthesizer.
Scene 4 : Acoustic and electromagnetic field recordings made at Villa Arson, Nice. Featuring the beautiful but decadent sprinkler system of the villa and a lady on Avenue Stephen Liegeard, vying for the attention of the gaggle of street cats she`s hell bent on feeding whilst the motorway is under repair up in the hills. With added resonator.
Scene 5 : A perfect evening at La Mitre in Toulon in 2023 with added synthesizer, resonator and a reprise of the Arson sprinkler system
