this is pretty much Motorway Picnic Remixed - except it isn't and it's still about as different from everything else as it is from that and it's not laziness because it's usually quicker to start from fresh than it is to use yesterday's ingredients. Most gaps are at the end with this one - not in a funny-ha-ha false-ending kinda way - but just because that's the peaceful natural way the patient stopped breathing - it's the way it'll be for most of us.
