Inhale - Exhale by Joshua Hall
This album was recorded during Yoga and Live Music classes over a 2 year period. All the songs are performed on the Yamaha Silent Guitar (nylon string) and were recorded directly using the Tascam Model 12. All tracks seque.
There are times in classes where I am improvising, these tracks are called "Meditation". A Meditation will lead into a composed piece or follow a composed piece.
