This album represents the process of seeing and finding God. It's a rediscovery of what it means to be my truest self. It has helped me learn to love myself and see my mistakes as divine guidance. It has helped me stand strong in my faith and act fearlessly in the face of uncertainty. It is an ode to my parents and the beautiful name that they gave me.

The singer, rapper, producer and pianist is a musician's musician. His diverse background and many cultural influences make him just one example in the often overlooked nuance of Black America.
