The selected tracks span ESCALE's discography, from Blazek's and Ruskin's first collaborative albums in 2012, '13, and '15, through the ambitious "The Good Light" monthly release project (2019-2020), to new and unreleased tunes. Producers Jiri Blazek and Brian Ruskin have never met in person, but collaboratively produce electronic music over the ocean and via email since 2011. This method has merged and transformed styles and led to surprising, coherent musical experiences.
