Dust is the melancholic and moody tale by Jinku and Wanja of love at a crossroads, with the threat of separation and heartbreak looming on the horizon. Every relationship accumulates memories and touches lives in a permanent and eternally haunting way. When things begin to sour between two people, what is left are the foggy outlines of moments shared. These in turn leave a permanent residue as time passes, when all that is concrete turns to dust.
POISON
In Poison, a war wages between two people who profess to love each other. Poison is a look at the darker side on the coin of love; where an individual holds the heart of another in the balance, provoking feelings of confusion, disillusionment and toxicity. In this second darkly-lit track of the DUST EP, Jinku and Wanja create a soundscape of misdirection and suspense, coloured by a sense of anger and resign that holds two lovers in the balance.
