2. Fuelborn Fury / Chapter II — Fuelborn Fury
The road is a battlefield.
North of Dust Vale, Highway D13 has become a war zone. A heavily armed convoy from the Chrome Dragons cartel barrels through the desert toward the Capital. They’re hauling modified fuel, weapons, and remote override tech. Enough to control every autonomous engine in the region. A new kind of domination. Speed as power.
Death Racer is no longer alone. Alongside him, a crew of shadow drivers. Survivors from scrapyard arenas. They launch a coordinated assault at full throttle.
Engines scream. Headlights slice through the dust like blades.
The sky is black. The asphalt melts. It’s an ambush.
All hell breaks loose. Tricked-out interceptors. Armored muscle cars. Sand buggies. Napalm-boosted bikes. Metal collides at 110 miles per hour in a fiery dance of destruction.
Death Racer leads the charge. He cuts through dunes. Launches off the ruins of a collapsed overpass. Closes in on the convoy leader.
Explosions echo all the way back to New Arcadia. Lana, on comms from a hidden outpost, directs the strike with precision.
One by one, the enemies fall. The convoy crashes. Fuel barrels erupt in a rain of fire.
And through the chaos, a familiar roar. Death Racer burns forward without hesitation.
The road belongs to those who’ve got nothing left to lose.
