Once I gained the awareness of the energy, we all hold within and understood what I hold within will be spread to others. I first had to take a deep look within to see what my energy has done to others in my lifetime.
I felt sorrow because I knew I had hurt many people in my life from the lack of not knowing what I was doing to others. I thought that I could just hate myself and smile on the outside and others would never know. I would be only hurting myself.
Once I knew that the destructive energy I was holding was affecting my kids, relationships, career, and the life on the planet, the trees, plants and animals as well I was blowen away with sorrow.
The only way to take back what I had done was to shift and release my old negative patterns within. When I did this, it made room for me to add new healthy habits and deliberately maintain a higher frequency inside.
By doing so, my energy is now being spread out and my kids and relationships and the land and animals around me are in harmony.
I dreamed of a way to share this energy and light to others that are longing to have a spark light up within them.
This song Hero shows that we are all hero’s and can heal ourselves and others by remembering You are someone’s Hero.
