Your eyes see nothing weary, for all is bright and all is beauty
And in novelty you find sanctuary
See it all with unblemished eyes without the tarnish you would gain
The unwelcoming memento, the cynics badge that masquerades itself as honourable
But you know differently and this innocence exalts you
Taken again on your way, find what you think is truth

Mallow, are you suffering
And is it true you bring it on yourself for is it not the harshest way of learning?
And have you left all of your laughter far behind yourself with cruel deliberation
In every challenge you find joy and look forward to your failings
Success defeats you cos it’s just another avenue closed to investigation
With every step that brings you closer to enlightenment
You find that you are yearning for your lost ignorance
The game is all that matters, the score is just distraction
Coincidental and inconsequential – you know you don’t need it

Mallow the philosopher
How many lives do you need before you know all the answers
Will you only stop asking as you shall arise a new god to be written all across the heavens
I would beseech you to remember who you really are
All else is falsehood, and will tie you to the earth
Your best endeavours not withstanding all your attempts will come to nothing
Should you dismiss a point of reference
It’s the way it should be and you should be beyond your needs
Then surrender, turn, there’s so much too relaxed
