“EMPTY”.
As this is how I feel creatively after releasing so much music this year, and doing this one in a context where I have a lot of conversations daily about racism, discrimination in the music industry etc, as a person of color, it was heavier than usual.
The cover totally represents this feeling : A face with a black, damaged skin, empty eyes, almost a mortuary appearance. A metaphor with multiple explanations.
