Beacon River by Jared Sage Cowen
Beacon River takes the listener on a journey through various different genres of music. The album boasts high-energy funk and dance numbers for a fast sprint and composed ballads for a slow nature jog. Beacon River was entirely self-recorded, produced, and mixed by Jared Cowen utilizing just his guitar, voice, and a digital audio workstation. All non-percussive instruments other than bass on select songs were recorded via midi through Cowen's guitar.
