Loyalty by int eighty

Inspired by watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood with my girlfriend (now wife). I had seen the original FMA series years ago, and watching Brotherhood evoked similar emotions. It was like a reassuring parallel keeping my faith in humanity to see Ed and Al pushing altruistically while a largely corrupt world crumbled around them. Mikal told me that their struggle made him cry repeatedly while watching the show and producing the EP. This series was an emotional ride, and I wanted to share a part of that through my emotional outlet of music.

The whole project was an absolute joy to create, and I can't thank everyone enough for their contributions. Mikal kHill was outstanding in producing beats that hit the right tone, and Cecil Decker at mono no audio was phenomenal in bringing the sound together. Sulfur, TribeOne, Mikal, and cecilnick filled out the chorus on 'Crisis in the North (Stand Up Fight Back)' better than I had hoped. My longtime friend Tobe "Tobotious" Donohue provided scratches to the songs adding a quintessential element. Kadesh Flow made some AMVs for YouTube as well. I am truly fortunate to know such talented artists.

This EP was recorded in a small apartment with a laptop, dynamic microphone, and USB interface.
