The A-side opens with the title track 'Soundgarden', which introduces listeners to undulating primal rhythms basking in a raw kind of warmth and is a production audibly laced with possibility. Next, '444' leads us into the resonating spectrum of around 444 Herz frequency - a soundscape that stands for personal awakening and is inspired by the artist's experiences with otherworldly contact and confirmation from the angelic realm. On the B-side, the slightly more uptempo closing track 'Zenit' continues in a similar highly meditative, healing flow, to be prescribed as a potent recovery tonic.
