Sometime around 2005, secretflowers - the self-titled debut album composed by Anthony Brown had it's humble origins. Utilizing a Tascam Portastudio to manipulate tape loops and stretched VHS samples, Anthony creates a collage of refreshing sounds, ideal for times of introspection, focus, and concentration. An entirely ambient affair, 'secretflowers' contains 10 shimmering drones that effortlessly enter the stream of consciousness, flowing into one another like a river into a vast ocean.
