German band Hekate was already founded back in 1992, and over the course of the years, they advanced to the position of one of the most important representatives of Germany's Neofolk scene. Thanks to their unique mixture of folk, singer/song-writer, classical, and mediaeval music with experimental, electronic sounds, Hekate's songs are highly original.
