This album limits much of the time-stretched atmospheric ambience heard on most of the previous releases. Alternatively, much of the material here is straightforward synthesizer, acoustic/electric guitar and percussion. A sound reminiscent of some of the elements found in progressive rock and related genres in the 70s and early 80s - and with some influence by the late, great Vangelis!
