Sociopath from Device Expanded by glomag

Composed and recorded in 2003. Remixed and remastered for this release.
This one came out of experiments with game engines at the beginning of my work in machinima. In immersive "sandbox" game environments, the player can be drawn to behavior that, in the real world, would be considered scoiopathic. This was partly inspired by "My Trip To Liberty City", an early machinima work by Jim Munroe.

Composer Chris Burke, aka glomag, helped create the sound of 80s horror, scoring such films as "Splatter University" (1984) and "The Toxic Avenger" (1984).
In the 90s he and his brother Dan formed Glorified Magnified and had one record out on Sire/Warner. In 2001 he began making chiptune music using a Game Boy. This work took him around the world and showed him a pretty fucking good time.
