Using nothing but a nintendo ds, american artist sublamp blends equal parts science fiction and science textbook to give us an unclassifiable music that feels old and wrinkled yet sharp and wizened. "Ghost theories" produces warm and slightly alarming strength from its deep tones and haunted melodies,
which are sometimes framed in, even consumed by, mossy and thriving crackles, beautiful in their imperfection.
