Consequence Shadows by Ian Hawgood & Giulio Aldinucci
It was an absolutely pleasure working alongside Giulio, both as a label owner and music collaborator. Giulio is one of the great sound designers around today in my opinion, and 'Consequence Shadows' was an album that was so carefully contructed over a number of years.
It has a totally unique sound as Giulio reworked a variety of sources I'd created, from glitched vocals and rhythms I'd made ten years prior to more ambient textures. The album was perfectly concluded with my collaborator in many music projects now, Stijn Hüwels.
Released a couple of years ago on my Home Normal label, it is a pleasure to present this to you again here.
