In my own words:
Throughout the creation process, I have been developing themes and a story of sorts for this album in my mind. I have been deeply fascinated by declassified nefarious government activities such as LSD experiments, mass surveillance, secret wars, attempted mind control, higher consciousness/perception, and the holographic model of the universe. Building off a foundation of these themes I knew sonically it would be fitting to push my sound further into complex technical glitched compositions, while also paying homage to the great mass hysteria and unintentional psychedelic movement that leaked out of these experiments. My stance is simply one of an observer. While these events brought great suffering and pain, they also reshaped the culture of America and brought forth a psychedelic counterculture that at this point is indelibly tied to our own American experience.
