Smither is a warm, meandering, peaceful beatless ambient soundscape, inspired by light, fine rain. Droning pads, noisy textures, field recordings and subtle plucks blend into a shimmering atmosphere. Music for daydreams and night walks, for introspection, dreaming, sleeping, resting, studying, meditation and taking a step back.
Fedbymachines started out as an artist, releasing electronic music in physical and digital form on several labels since 2011. Feeling the need to pursue different and more varied musical avenues, the alias Qaett was born to release ambient, beats, neoclassical and everything in between, turning Fedbymachines into an umbrella label.
