🇮🇹 Potete utilizzare le mie improvvisazioni per i vostri remix, creando pattern o usando intere sezioni, per divertimento o anche per scopi commerciali, in entrambi i casi però dovrete rispettare queste 4 condizioni :

1) Dovete aver comprato almeno la traccia che contiene il materiale che userete.

2) Dovrete mettere i seguenti link nei credits dei vostri album, tracce o video che contengano anche soltanto un millisecondo del mio materiale.
Nel caso dei video, su YouTube o su qualsiasi altra piattaforma, i credits dovranno essere sia nel video stesso, nei titoli di coda, sia nella descrizione sotto il video.
Per eventuali tracce audio i credits dovranno essere presenti sia sulle relative pagine online, nel caso di tracce digitali, sia nei libretti dei CD o sul retro delle copertine dei vinili. Ovunque sia possibile insomma. 😁

3) Il mio nome dovrà precedere e accompagnare i link che trovate quì sotto, nella versione in inglese di questo scritto.

4) Nel caso in cui usiate il mio materiale su YouTube questo non dovrà in alcun modo interferire con la mia attività sulla stessa piattaforma.
Anch'io ovviamente potrei creare brani basati sulle mie stesse improvvisazioni e potrebbe succedere che brani contenenti le stesse parti scelte da voi io le pubblichi dopo di voi. Se questo dovesse succedere e l'algoritmo di YouTube dovesse crearmi un qualsiasi fastidio, sarete voi a dover cancellare i vostri video contenenti le parti suddette.

4) In case you use my stuff on YouTube this will not in any way interfere with my activities on the same platform.
I too obviously could create songs based on my own improvisations and it could happen that songs containing the same parts chosen by you i could publish them after you. If this were to happen and the YouTube algorithm should create me any trouble, you'll have to delete your videos with these parts.
