A controllable sawtooth generator create random sounds which are convoluted against a sound recording of an argument. The performer can control the speed and pitch range of the generated sounds and which part of the recording they are convoluted with. Implemented in Max/MSP and performed live several times around 2002
Started 1996 first as a sideproject of Malte Steiners industrial outfit Notstandskomitee, it quickly got a life on its own. Like Steiners earlier electronic ventures in the 80s its more experimental and closely connected to the visual arts. Mostly created with software like Csound, Max/MSP and Pure Data, processing field recordings and synthesizing sounds.
