'For me the track is an expansion of some of the ideas on 'Wicker & Steel' and also a look to what I will be trying to achieve in the future. Somewhere between a wet 0-0 at Molineux and a never-ending C of E service. Droning, but with movement rather than one chord looped for 6 minutes, a ritualistic atmosphere without tribal clichés and something that even hints at ceremony and religion. Maybe it would be the perfect 5th track for 'A New Brutality' but I set it free to see it could stand up on its own.'
