Lyrics
I've been that kid, pushed down stepped on white privilege with a twist, back when the video games were different. I guess I was fortunate, we could barely afford it, before your ass blew up you could fix anything from an airplane to a Ford. My isolation is a tactic, really I like the feeling of living it up. My soul gets back lit shines through my jacket so much scenery stacked I'm a human atlas of Western Canada. Made my path in the mud man, the only thing I've really got is never giving up. And if you quit yourself, I guess you do what you gotta do. It's just a shame, most of us never know. When the whole world's waving shit in your face, what you don't got and what you ain't, they give you more of what you hate, they give you more, until you break. Like it's yours to have now and you can pay later, just sign the paper. You can call me on my language but I've been down about the layers, kids are offering their peers the years beneath the pavement. I planted you a tree but it never made it.
