Breaking Away by 1001

My music has always been directly motivated by emotion; it's what drives and inspires me. This last year has been really hard for me, and so was creating music. So, if the music in this album seems different, it's probably because I've been a little bit different. Maybe that's not a bad thing, though.

This album contains all the songs I've made in that period that I felt were good enough to release to the public. Most of them are ambient in nature, because of reasons listed above as well as influence from artists like Brian Eno, Hammock, and M83, who I've been listening to a lot of lately.
