Been stuck in an office work grind, but I've been putting in a lot more work towards mutual aid which has improved my mental health noticeably. I just do small shit like donating to food not bombs, but it feels good to be doing something other than work. You get caught in a loop (derogatory) and techno is really the only genre that like, describes that feeling, which for me is funny considering how much I love techno. But maybe I feel differently about techno because the loops I find myself dragged in while listening to say, Jasmine Infiniti or Jeff Mills, are experiences that I choose to immerse myself in. There's a sense of agency while getting lost in the groove of a nice techno track, while getting lost in a grind while working is exactly that - a grind. It tears you down, whereas techno builds you up. I won't stay philosophizing cause it's not THAT deep but yeah. Rant over, enjoy the music :)
