Aries from Archetypes by Meg Mulhearn
Introducing the Archetype series, a 12-month musical experiment unfolding in real time. I'm fascinated by the ways in which humans attempt to order and find meaning in their world. My hope is that these meditations and non-linear reflections on archetypes of the twelve Western zodiacal signs will serve as living resources to help identify and bring specific timbres to challenges, situations, and approaches.
Music can allow us to simply experience, and these tracks may be worked with in any way which might be helpful for you, but don't be too literal about things. Allow the music to guide you and your mind to surprise you.
Each month a new track will be added to the album, for a total of 12 tracks. But I might not stop there. The future is uncertain, after all. Participation in this exploration is free, but feel free to pay something if you would like to and are able to.
