Dystopiatown by Disposable Planet

A collection of some of my more serious and vibey WeeklyBeats 2022 picks from the first half of the year, mixed & polished into their final forms.

Created & mixed on an M8 Tracker. Firmware 2.7.0. Mastered in Logic X. 1xLSDJ used and sampled in track #7. Some of the vocal samples in various tracks are from an old reading of the novel VALIS by Philip K. Dick.

A .zip of all song bundles with project and instrument files is included with the download :) Remove the .txt suffix from the archive and unzip. Use firmware 3.2.7 or later to view as the bundles have been updated as of 12/11/2023.

In light of the recent US Supreme Court decision to overturn Roe v Wade, all album proceeds from the first week (until the night of July 4) will be donated to abortion access funds in my area (NYAAF https://www.nyaaf.org/about/ and NJAAF http://njaaf.weebly.com/about-us.html ) along with any other album & discography sales I make in the same time span. (UPDATE: We raised $250!! Thanks everyone for supporting a good cause!)
