Reincarnation by Deep Dark Blue

Reincarnation is an EP that sprung from relational rupture in Bryce’s life, and Jason’s departure from Los Angeles to Yucca Valley in 2021. The cracks left from these transitions created space to introduce new people and places, allowing opportunities for change. These context disruptions shed their established identities and brought them together to make music that inspires the courage to evolve and dance through life’s challenges. The intention behind the track fittingly coalesced by reuniting the duo in Portland, where they both now live and work. Reincarnation combines Jason’s live drum compositions with classic electronic riffs and gritty Korg sequences.

This release features remixes from Detroit-based producer and visual artist Otodojo, and Los Angeles-based producer and educator Ricky Tinez. This marks Deep Dark Blue's second release on Acid Camp Records, following their 2019 debut "When We Get Together."

Deep Dark Blue is made up of two musician/producers Jason Ganberg & Bryce Alber. They record and reside in Portland OR.

Their first release "When We Are Together," was released on ACID CAMP in 2019 and the two have since been releasing music and audio journals.
