Fragmented Sleep by Alan Dear

The debut album of Alan Dear, recorded between 2017 and 2019, marks a the end of a five year long journey. Finding the often dry but dreamy sounds was a meticulous process, fiddling with microphones, eurorack and a collection of synths and samplers.

For now, the album is released as a 'Bandcamp only'

Touching, personal and organic. Alan Dear’s music can be best described as minimal ambient, though with layer upon layer of for the listener to dive into. Field recordings, modular synthesizers, tape loops and a collection of electronic instruments and effects, is used to create the dreamy universe that can be heard on his debut album ‘Fragmented Sleep’
