FUNKENWOLF by dakim

around the last week of september (24) i suddenly got the urge to make some funk-inspired beats. 2 weeks later i had more than enough tracks for this collection.

made in the audiolab in between classes (the classroom where i teach audio production is a repurposed chemistry lab) with the OG MPC Live and an MPK mini. all the sounds are presets in the MPC, slightly tweaked. save for a few edits and a couple of overdubs, it was recorded 2track straight out the MP. no fancy stuff.

after sort of deciding not to release music, this batch was so fun i figured, "hey, why not?"

it's a bunch of funk, so i had to drop it on the 1. even more funks cause it's on the 1 1 / 1.
