DAT#02 was originally released on 6 January 2014 by The Tapeworm as TTW#65 in a cassette-only edition of 150 copies. Overwhelming public demand necessitated a second edition of 100 copies, which were presented in a clear shell and released on 20 January 2014.

There was no original press release for this edition.
